Cancellation Policy
To secure your Scale Day experience, a signed agreement and full payment are required at the time of booking. Due to the strategic planning, preparation, and scheduling involved, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may reduce shooting and strategy time included within your package. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary brand details, ideas, outfits, props, and materials prior to the session to ensure a smooth and productive experience. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Reschedules requested outside of this timeframe may require a new booking fee. By booking Scale Day, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above.
